TECHNOLOGICAL SEARCHES (PATENTS, UTILITY MODELS)
There are two different aspects which establish the need to carry out
technological searches.
First phase of development of a new technology:
- The company must know the whole technical environment in which
this is located, the protection of patents which fully or partly
overlap with the technology to be developed
- It must also know about the technologies already developed,
which may coincide with the one intended, thus getting to know of
problems that have already arisen and avoiding any investments
which may be fruitless
- It allows acquisition of the most appropriate technology for
the project being developed
Protection of an invention
- Knowledge of the technology involved in the invention which is
intended to be protected, allowing proper definition of the scope
of the object of this invention.

SEARCHES BY HOLDERS (ALL MODALITIES)

or designs that a particular company is developing.
